Our Client are currently seeking a hands-on and reliable Warehouse Lead to support and oversee day-to-day operations at their Rutherford location.Monday - Friday between 8:30am - 2:30pm, Permanent part timeRutherford LocationRates from $30ph + SuperannuationOverviewOur Client are currently seeking a hands-on and reliable Warehouse Lead to support and oversee day-to-day operations at their Rutherford location. This position has combines both operating and administrative functions at the facility to ensure daily production targets are met. This position is suited to an individual with a well-rounded skill set covering administration, warehouse support, operational oversight as well as bringing a mechanical aptitude. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role, is team-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneralSet up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order.Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production procedures.Place appropriate consumables in semi-automated machines.Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running, occasionally troubleshooting machines.Ensure stocks of needed materials are ready and available at all times.Run Intelmail Intelligent Inserting Machine to collate/fold/insert printed material into specified envelope stock.Report any issues arising during the inserting process to the Supervisor i.e. machine mechanical problems, file reconciliation problems, stock shortages.Ensure all documentation is in order at the completion of each job i.e. all print and machine reports accounted for and required reprints are identifiable.Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures and take all reasonable care to ensure that their actions or omissions do not impact on the health and safety of others.Risk & GovernanceEnsures operation in line with policies and procedures, Code of Conduct and Ethics;Undertakes responsible risk identification and management in relation to conduct of all business activities; and actively participates in risk reviews and scheduled audits.Behavioural CompetenciesKeen desire to learn and become an integral part of an efficient team.
