We work with brands like Crocs, P.E Nation, Weetbix, Petbarn, Extra gum and many more.Key Responsibilities:Build and manage strong, positive relationships with influencers, creators and talent across TikTok, Instagram and other platformsAssist in managing influencer/creator collaborations and contracts, ensuring deliverables are met and timelines are on trackSource, research and onboard new creators that align with client brands and campaign goalsBrainstorm creative concepts and influencer marketing ideas with the teamTrack, analyse and report on influencer content performance, engagement and ROIManage department admin including processing orders through our inventory systemLiaise with the dispatch team to ensure influencer and creator send-outs are executed to deadlineStay up to date with industry movements, platform updates and emerging talentWhat Were Looking For:Previous experience working alongside influencers, creators or within a creator management, influencer marketing, or talent coordination roleStrong understanding of social media platforms particularly TikTok and Instagram and current influencer marketing trendsKnowledge of influencer pricing structures and negotiation processesA genuine interest in TikTok and social mediaProactive, organised and confident with excellent time management skillsSharp eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsPositive, enthusiastic attitude and a can-do approach to problem solvingSound like you?Wed love to hear from you.
