With a strong focus on person-centred care, cultural responsiveness, and compliance, we are committed to delivering quality support that empowers our clients to live safely, independently, and with dignity.We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer with experience in the NDIS and/or aged care sectors to join our passionate team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entriesGenerate invoices, monitor funding utilisation, and track expenditure against budgetsOversee aged care subsidy claims and ensure compliance with My Aged Care funding modelsAssist with financial reporting, audits, and reconciliationsEnsure compliance with NDIS Price Guide, Aged Care Quality Standards, and relevant funding rulesLiaise with internal departments, support coordinators, Allied Health, and external providers as requiredProvide finance-related support to clients, plan managers, and families when appropriateTertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or similar (or working towards)Minimum 2 years experience in a finance role, preferably within NDIS, Aged Care, or community servicesStrong understanding of NDIS funding structures and compliance obligationsProficiency in Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting softwareHigh attention to detail, excellent time management, and strong analytical skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience with PRODA, My Aged Care portals, and NDIS plan budgetsKnowledge of NDIS Support Categories and Unit PricingExperience in preparing financial reports for audits and external stakeholdersMultilingual candidates are encouraged to applyWhat We OfferSupportive and inclusive workplace culturePurpose-driven work making a real difference in peoples livesHow to Apply:Submit your resume and a brief cover letter addressing the key selection criteria via SEEK or email directly to HR@hosannacc.com.auUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
