Youll be responsible for bringing together theright people and resources to make sure each project is completedon time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality,efficiency, and financial performance.Your focus will be on delivering outcomes that not only meetproject goals but also reflect the needs of our customers and alignwith Warrigals values and design standards. This includes effectivebudget control and risk monitoring to ensure successfuloutcomesProficiency in budget planning and monitoring, withdecision making and accountability within approvedbudgets.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with minimumsupervision or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Comprehensive knowledge required to use a computer andother forms of technology on a regular basis. Competence usingMS office suiteExperience liaising with consultants, contractors, serviceproviders and multiple project stakeholders.A positive, professional attitude and ability to promoteWarrigal in keeping with the Organisations vision,purpose and values.Current NSW drivers licence.Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards (AccreditationStandards) & Retirement Villages Act.Knowledge of National Aged Care Design Principles andGuidelinesKnowledge and understanding of local and state planningcontrols and their relevance to residential and aged caredevelopments.What our people love about working here:A belief in never standing still: Thisfast-growing industry is going through the highest level of reform,and offers great job security.
