In this role, you''ll lead the development and implementation of commercial analysis projects, providing management with insights to drive business growth and improve performance. You''ll be responsible for designing and maintaining reporting frameworks that integrate diverse data sources to support accurate decision-making.You''ll work alongside senior leadership and cross-functional teams to refine sales forecasting models through detailed data analysis and oversee KPI frameworks. The role also involves conducting financial analysis to support planning and cost management, optimizing Salesforce automation systems, and evaluating pricing strategies based on market analysis.Your key main responsibility will be:Lead the development and execution of analysis projects, providing strategic insights for business growth and sales performance.Contribute to the design and maintenance of advanced reporting frameworks, ensuring integration of diverse data sources to support strategic decision-making processes with high accuracy.Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve sales forecasting models through data analysis.Design and monitor a robust framework for key performance indicators (KPIs), providing detailed and timely reports that support strategic performance enhancement initiatives.Conduct in-depth financial analysis of budgets and expenditures, producing detailed and strategic reports for senior management to support financial planning and cost management.Optimize and streamline salesforce automation and costing models and evaluate pricing strategies based on market analysis.Evaluate and provide strategic recommendations for pricing adjustments based on thorough market analysis, competitive intelligence, and alignment with long-term business objectives.Apply specialized knowledge to diverse team projects, ensuring effective solutions and innovative approaches to complex challenges.Build effective relationships with internal and external partners, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the area of specialization.Youre the right fit ifYou hold a relevant degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Data Analytics, or equivalent, with experience in the medical devices sector being highly regarded.Excellent communication skills are essential, enabling confident interaction with executives and stakeholders.Deep analytical skills paired with commercial acumen allow you to provide real-world insights that drive decision-making.Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive under strict deadlines are key qualities for success in this role.Advanced in Excel and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Salesforce are part of your skillset.Working at Philips is more than a job.
