With a focus on implementation and improvement of processes and systems, we are looking for an candidate with demonstrated achievements in the Supply Chain, Operations/Logistics field.Key Accountabilities Will IncludeDevelop and implement effective supply chain/purchasing strategies & improvements to optimize business performance & cost managementSupplier relationships contract negotiation and supplier performance/pricing/deliveryMonitor and control inventory levels across national branches (4)Oversee logistics, transportation, and distribution processesEnsure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical sourcing standardsTrack and report of supply chain performance metrics and make recommendations for improvementsGrowth build a team of supply chain professionals to support business goals & objectivesExperience, Skills & QualificationsProven Supply Chain, Procurement/Logistics achievementsSound understanding of cost saving/lean methodologiesStrong analytical mindset with the ability to drive changeHigh levels of attention to detail and problem solving abilitiesExperience in supplier management and ethical sourcing practicesProficient in the use of supply chain and ERP softwareDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects & work in a fast paced environmentTertiary Qualifications will be highly regardedThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a successful Australian company, lead Supply Chain Operations and drive further business growth.
