Awanui Group has laboratories throughout the country and is committed to providing facilities and services that deliver exceptional care to its clients.About the role | M te tranga:Our Core Lab Department is currently looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and competent Medical Laboratory Scientist OR a Medical Laboratory Technician for a fixed-term, full-time position.You will be willing to learn new skills, work well alone and as part of a team. Extremely well-organised, detail-oriented, and friendly with a strong focus on quality and customer service. The successful applicant must have a high degree of accuracy and be self-sufficient to excel in this role.About you | He krero muTo be successful in this role you will need:The ability to work in a methodical manner adhering to strict quality procedure guidelines.A team focus with initiative, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Excellent attention to detail, with good record-keeping skills.The ability to work independently and able to participate in on-call and out-of-hour shifts as per the roster provided.Registration with the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand and a current Annual Practicing Certificate.Eligibility to work in New Zealand.Whats in it for you | He aha mu:You will be joining a friendly, high-performing, and forward-thinking team environment.
