Working closely with the Campus Head of Teaching and Learning, this role focuses on improving academic outcomes and fostering a culture of curiosity and excellence. It supports coherence and alignment cross campuses, while contributing to the development and implementation of strategic teaching and learning initiatives.This position leads the schools approach to digital pedagogy by building staff capability and maximising classroom impact through effective use of digital tools, including the rollout of new Learning Management (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS). As part of a cross-campus team, the Associate Head of Teaching and Learning Digital Learning collaborates with other leaders to drive innovation, lead joint projects, and ensure a consistent approach to digital learning and systems across the school.These are full-time, 3-year fixed term Positions of Responsibility commencing 1 January 2026 available at our Caulfield and Wheelers Hill Secondary campuses.If you are an innovative educator with a passion for digital learning and system leadership and are ready to shape the future of teaching and learning through impactful digital strategies, we encourage you to apply.Key selection criteriaCurrent Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.A deep understanding of curriculum and explicit and inquiry-based learning practices.Proven experience in embedding school-wide curriculum and consistent assessment standards across multiple year levels, with a focus on maintaining high academic standards.Data literacy and the ability to effectively use data to drive academic improvement.A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement, aligned with school-wide goals.Relevant experience in collaborating with teaching staff and leadership teams across multiple campuses will be an advantage.Attention to detail in documentation and evaluation processes.Ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.A responsive and relationship-focused leader who fosters a positive and collaborative environment.Composed and adaptable, maintaining clarity and focus in challenging situations with competing priorities.Alignment to Caulfield Grammar School values.Refer to the Position Description for detailed information on the responsibilities, skills, and experience required for this role.Why Caulfield Grammar SchoolCaulfield Grammar School is an internationally recognised, independent, co-educational school committed to providing exceptional educational opportunities from Early Learning through to Year 12.
