We are actively seeking a Mid-Senior Designer to join our team focusing on providing with deep experience across packaging design to help shape how our product show in the world - on shel, in sore and in our customers homes!Reporting to the Head of Design, youll lead packaging projects from concept through to production, working closely with design, product, and marketing teams. Whether youre designing a limited-edition gift box or refining dielines across a core range, youll bring craft, consistency, and fresh thinking to every brief. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on making things - and making them well. If you love clever construction, smart details, and packaging that feels as good as it looks, wed love to hear from you.Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:Contribute the design of packaging across all product ranges. From dielines and mockups to final, print-ready artworkTranslate brand strategy into tangible, beautiful packaging systems that are consistent, scalable, and impactfulContribute to brand development across print and physical touchpoints, ensuring a strong, cohesive brand presence in-store and at homeCollaborate with the product team to support the design and visual direction of new product rangesPartner with marketing and eComm teams to align packaging with campaign narratives and seasonal launchesMaintain packaging brand guidelines and elevate how our brand shows up across formats (boxes, labels, swing tags, POS, etc.)Stay up to date with trends in packaging, sustainability, and retail experience, bringing fresh thinking into the teamAbout you:5 - 8+ years'' design experience, ideally with a focus on packaging, FMCG, or productStrong understanding of print production, materials, and manufacturing processesA sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand expressionExperience working from concept through to final artwork and production handoverConfidence working across both 2D (graphics) and basic 3D (mockups or renders) formatsHighly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)A considered, collaborative approach - and a love of good designThis full-time position offers the opportunity for a passionate Mid-Senior Designer, to join to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic design team!
