Permanent Bookkeeper / Executive Support job opportunity responsible for supporting a high-net-value Executive Chairman Family GroupPosition Title: Bookkeeper / Executive SupportReports To: Executive ChairmanEmployment Type: Part-Time - 3 days per weekSalary Range: $120,000 - 140,000 package (Base + Super combined)Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organised, discreet, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant to provide direct support to an Executive Chairman of a high-net-value Family Group. This hybrid role combines essential bookkeeping and financial administration with traditional executive support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, financially literate, and capable of operating with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping & Financial Administration:Maintaining the Trial Balance on behalf of the Family GroupProcess and track expenses, reimbursements, and invoices for business and personal accountsAssist in monthly and annual financial reconciliationsLiaise with banks and lawyers for any financial related queries on behalf of the Family GroupEnsuring to meet compliance with Financial RegulationsMaintaining General LedgerMaintain accurate records of business and personal financial transactionsProducing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements and cashflow reportsSupport accounting professionals and tax preparers with documentation and financial dataMonitor and manage payment schedules, subscriptions, and recurring obligations for the Executive ChairmanUse accounting software (Xero) to enter transactions and generate reportsExecutive Support:Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, schedules, and travel itinerariesCarry out research support on behalf of the Executive Chairman upon requestManage confidential information with discretion and integrityPerform ad hoc personal and professional tasks as requestedQualifications:Minimum 10 + years of experience as a Bookkeeper, as well as experience in supporting C-level executivesProven experience with bookkeeping or financial administration (formal training/certification a plus)Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and accounting platforms (Xero, Excel, etc.)Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutionsPreferred Attributes:Trustworthy and highly discreet, with a strong sense of confidentialityAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with personal finance, investments, and asset management is a plusComfortable in a high-expectation, fast-paced environmentWork Environment:The role is primarily office-based, with flexibility for remote work depending on scheduleMay involve occasional travel or off-hours availability depending on the needs of the Executive Chairman Faimly Group #J-18808-Ljbffr
