About You As a Casual Sales Representative, your focus will be on creating an engaging and memorable customer-centric environment while driving sales to achieve individual and store targets. Youre sales-hungry with a proven track record of exceeding retail sales KPIs and targets. Equipped with a retail background and a high-energy, results-driven approach. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences. At your best when working in a collaborative and high-performing environment. Quick to master new product ranges, POS systems, and sales tools. Familiar with 12v systems (highly regarded but not essential). Committed to maintaining a positive and collaborative work culture. The Role As a Casual Sales Representative at our Gosford store, youll be part of an energetic and passionate team. Your mission includes: Collaborating with your team to meet daily and weekly targets with effective strategies. Proactively greeting customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to close sales and ensure satisfaction. Maintaining store appearance to reflect high brand standards. Fostering a vibrant, supportive, and positive work culture. Processing sales through the POS system and managing key operational tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
