This critical project will provide:Upgraded inpatient services and contemporary clinical facilitiesCowras first CT scannerNew car parking, landscaping, and demolition of the existing hospitalThis is a key regional healthcare project that will enhance service delivery for years to come.Your RoleAs WHS&E Advisor, youll be a key driver of safety culture on site. Youll collaborate with our construction and project teams to ensure WHS compliance, champion best practices, and help foster a strong, proactive safety culture.Responsibilities IncludeCoordinating and implementing WHS&E systems, processes, and practicesLeading site-based health and safety initiativesProviding training and guidance to workers and subcontractorsPromoting a consultative and positive approach to safetyMaintaining site records and reporting via HammerTech (training provided)Conducting site inspections, investigations, and audits as requiredWhat Were Looking ForPrevious WHS experience on built form or infrastructure projectsRelevant WHS qualifications or certificationsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to influence and promote safe behaviours at all levelsStrong computer/system skills and attention to detailA proactive, solution-focused mindsetBased in (or open to relocating to) Cowra Living Away From Home Allowance can be discussedHow To ApplyReady to lead safety on a project that matters?
