With a national footprint and growing demand for innovation across our systems, we are seeking an experienced and driven Systems and Network Engineer to join our Derrimut Head Office IT team.This role is a critical hire as we continue to grow and invest in our national IT infrastructure and internal capability. While we have been supported by offshore expertise, we are now bringing this role onshore to meet increasing technical demands and ensure on-site leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions for an enterprise environment (250+ users)Deploy, upgrade and maintain MS Windows Servers, with strong capability in Hyper-V, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and IISManage and secure enterprise networks from network architecture and configuration to firewall administrationSupport implementation and migration projects including Microsoft Exchange (2013+), VMware vSphere (7.0+), Citrix XenApp, SAN/NASManage and optimise web and email proxy services including MimecastAdminister backup technologies including StorageCraft, OneXafe, and VeeamLead root cause analysis, problem management and proactive incident reductionConfigure and manage Omnissa UEM with Tunnel and Network Detection & Response platformsBe the point of escalation for the internal IT teamMentor and train team members, contribute to internal documentation and process improvementRequired Skills And ExperienceMinimum of 6 years experience in IT support, including 3 years in a senior role (L3, Engineer, Consultant)Demonstrated experience delivering full infrastructure solutions including planning, deployment and supportDeep knowledge of networking principles, network security, and systems integrationStrong experience in on-premises infrastructure environmentsFamiliarity with antivirus technologies (Sophos preferred), backup and disaster recovery platformsStrong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skillsQualifications & CertificationsMSc in Cyber Security or equivalentMicrosoft certifications (MCSE/MCITP)Cisco CCNA, LANCOM, or CitrixITIL v3 or v4 certifiedExperience with Sophos XG/XGS firewalls is highly desirableWhy Join Us?Stable and growing business with a national footprintOpportunity to lead infrastructure projects and shape our technical environmentCollaborative and supportive team with professional development opportunitiesOnsite, full-time role based in Derrimut ideal for candidates wanting to work in the westHow To ApplyApply via SEEK with your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your suitability.
