As a Trading Manager at Foxcatcher, you will lead the execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and exceed performance expectations. You''ll bring strategic thinking and deep expertise in media planning, advanced reporting, and client management to drive results and grow client accounts.Responsibilities And DutiesCampaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across all programmatic platforms, ensuring they align with client goals and brand strategiesOptimization and Performance Management: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, implementing advanced optimizations and strategies to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIsAdvanced Reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Produce detailed performance reports and conduct QBRs, providing insights, learnings, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholdersMedia Planning and Strategy Development: Lead media planning efforts, developing comprehensive media strategies that effectively reach target audiences and support client objectivesClient Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing brief responses, and addressing ad hoc queries with clarity and strategic insightTeam Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Provide training on advanced campaign management techniques and Foxcatchers proprietary toolsStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader client strategiesInnovation and Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in programmatic advertising, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and client satisfactionQualifications, Work Experience And Skills3-5 years of experience in digital media, preferably within a media agency or programmatic trading environment.Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google DV360, The Trade Desk).Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data to inform strategies and drive campaign success.Experience in producing advanced performance reports and conducting client-facing presentations, including QBRs.Solid understanding of media planning principles and strategy development.Exceptional client management skills with a track record of delivering superior client service and growing client accounts.Strong leadership qualities, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Why Foxcatcher?At Foxcatcher, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture that values unique skills, experiences, and perspectives.
