Reporting to the Business Manager at our Caloundra QLD office, you will work with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. This role is dynamic, inclusive, and rewarding, in a fast-paced environment focused on achieving positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers Support participants to identify skills and become job ready Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements Enhance employability through training and support referrals Develop personalized job plans for employment pathways Build and maintain relationships with local employers and community groups Am I suited to being an Employment Consultant with APMs Employment Services?
