Once you understand the challenge, its likely well be able to work together to find the best solution.The Manager, DDCE Investment role is responsible for managing the discovery process necessary to drive prioritization and assessment of all new investments across the Purchase Experience portfolio. Acting as the single entry point for all new initiatives and projects across Purchase Experience, and responsible for maintaining the investment roadmap, this role ensures the development and integrity of business cases and initiatives, implementing strategic frameworks to evaluate and prioritize initiatives consistently.Youll have Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, or a related discipline3+ years of senior stakeholder management experience in large, complex matrix organizations5+ years of analysis experience including commercial modeling, forecasting, benefit estimation, and sizingExperience producing materials to articulate complex problems, solutions, and approachesExperience leading independent streams and projectsExperience in delivering large-scale and complex commercial negotiations across multiple business unitsExperience driving results in a fast-paced and continually changing environmentDemonstrated ability to collaborate and contribute to effective teamwork across organizational boundariesWhy Qantas?Youll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
