This is a permanent full-time position based in our Southbank office.Reporting to the General Manager Victoria, you will lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve sales revenue targets, improve customer experience, and drive strategic outcomes.Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales teamAchieve state sales revenue and related sales and customer experience targetsProvide strategic and operational insights to enhance the sales process and customer experienceChampion a customer-led approach across the sales lifecycleMonitor and manage sales and settlement pipelinesPrepare competitor analysis reports, PCG reports, and weekly sales resultsContribute to ICOM and Board reportingYou should bring proven sales management experience in residential land/housing, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
