TheTeam Leader, Customer Service is responsible for managing the CST,overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CSOs and GLOs, ensuringhigh-quality customer service delivery and coaching and feedback toteam members. The role is responsible for monitoring performance,delivering KPIs, managing escalated matters and identifying areasfor improvements to ensure the delivery of customer serviceexcellence.About theBusinessThe South Australian Public Advocate promotes the rights andinterests of people who need assistance with decision making.The Public Advocate is a statutory officer. This means the SouthAustralian Parliament rely on the Public Advocate to make sure thatcertain legislation is carried out.
