Additionally, this role will actively contribute to key strategic HR initiatives and projects and the execution of our overall Human Resources strategy.This is a part time role, working 3 days per week on a fixed term 18 month contract.This role will ideally be based at our ARC Laverton site 2 days per week and our InfraBuild Wire Geelong site 1 day per week, but could change based on business requirements.Key responsibilities of this role include:Assist with workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, including minute-taking, documentation collation, and follow-up actionsSupport Enterprise Agreement (EA) preparation, such as drafting comms, organising consultation meetings, and maintaining relevant trackersProvide recruitment administrative support: prepare interview guides, support leaders with interviews, preparing onboarding documentation and packsAdminister Labour Hire employee onboarding and tracking including compliance checks, ID collection, and weekly reconciliationSupport the exit and offboarding process including coordination of exit interviews and reporting on key themesContribute to key strategic projects (e.g., culture initiatives, leadership development actions, and capability uplift programs)This part-time opportunity is ideal for a student pursuing a HR qualification, offering valuable hands-on experience to develop HR skills whilst completing relevant studies. The successful candidate will benefit from structured mentorship and broad exposure across multiple business units, setting the foundation for a strong career in HR.Qualifications and experience:A collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn and adaptA genuine interest in Human Resources and currently working towards a HR qualificationStrong written and verbal communication skillsAn understanding of the Fair Work Act, Awards, Employment relations and HR policiesDemonstrated administrative experienceAbility to prioritise work load and conflicting deadlinesAbility to build and maintain relationships with staff across all levels of the businessAble to provide and receive instruction from other team members.Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive informationA current drivers licence and own transportBelow are some of our key central benefits that are available to all employees.
