This role plays a crucial part in streamlining reporting processes, enhancing data automation, and supporting executive and board-level financial insights.Exciting opportunity to be part of Myers Finance team.Full time, permanent opportunity in our finance teamMake an impact within a dedicated, supportive and collaborative teamFlexible hybrid working from our centrally-located Docklands office & the comfort of your own homeAbout the role:Prepare and distribute short form financial reporting on a daily and weekly basis.Deliver Group KPI reporting to support performance tracking and benchmarking.Compile and submit accurate ABS (Australian Bureau of Statistics) reporting as required.Manage and maintain bank reporting and covenant compliance submissions.Provide key support to the CFO by producing and updating the biannual CFO Supporting Pack.Drive automation and efficiency through report building and system enhancements.Support the integration and optimisation of new reporting systems, particularly NSPB.Conduct competitor analysis to support strategic planning and market positioning.Assist with the preparation and analysis required for IR (Investor Relations) board reports.About you:Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting rolesDemonstrate strong analytical capability with a proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to work with new systems and large datasetsAdvanced Excel and reporting system knowledge (e.g., NetSuite/NSPB beneficial)Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience with automation and streamlining reporting processesBenefits to you:Generous team member discounts on all Myer productsVolunteer, parental and lifestyle leave availableCareer growth and succession opportunitiesReward and Recognition ProgramsFrom humble beginnings in downtown Bendigo to supporting Australian communities far and wide- Myer has always been a special place, transcending beyond just a place to work.Myer is a place for finding life-long friendships, a safe space with a big heart.
