Youll operate at the intersection of finance and technologybridging the Finance teams needs with IT capabilitieswhile leveraging advanced SAP tools like SAPs AI copilot Joule to streamline processes and deliver smarter insights.This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong SAP expertise who thrives on problem-solving, process automation, and collaborative teamwork. Your contributions will directly support Powerlinks Financial Planning & Analysis outcomes and help drive Queenslands transition to a renewable energy futuremaking your work both meaningful and impactful.In this role, youll be responsible for:Maintaining and enhancing our SAP S/4HANA financial system, ensuring optimal performance and leveraging new features to support evolving business needs.Owning and managing Powerlinks financial master data and the internal allocation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Supporting financial reporting and analysis, including the development of dashboards and reports using SAP S/4HANA.Driving automation of key financial processes, such as month-end close activities, using tools like SAP Joule and SAP BTP.Collaborating on SAP system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.Youll be the go-to SAP expert within Finance, helping to shape smarter, more efficient financial operations across the organisation.The people you''ll join:Based in our Virginia office in Brisbane, youll join Powerlinks Finance and Governance divisiona collaborative and forward-thinking team committed to driving financial excellence and innovation. In this role, youll report directly to the Senior Systems Accountant and work closely with both finance and IT professionals to deliver impactful solutions that support Powerlinks strategic and operational goals.What you''ll bring:Youll have a strong foundation in financial systems and accounting, ideally with 35 years of hands-on experience using SAP financial systemsparticularly the SAP CO moduleand familiarity with tools like SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Joule AI.
