And as demand for our services grows, so does our team.The RoleWere looking for a highly organised and proactive Project & Compliance Coordinator to help deliver critical client projects on time, to standard, and with exceptional quality. This role sits at the heart of our operations connecting project management, compliance, and stakeholder communication to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, with access to our local offices.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, coordinating, and executing client projects.Monitor project timelines and deliverables for scope and schedule alignment.Facilitate communication among project teams and internal/external stakeholders.Identify and escalate potential obstacles that may jeopardise project deliverables.Ensure all project activities adhere to scope of works, relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.Implement and monitor quality control measures across all deliverables.Conduct compliance audits for standard service plans, emergency management manuals, diagrams and other bespoke client requests and communicate findings from audits and necessary corrective actions to the Scheduling, National Advisory Lead, NKA and Design teams to ensure issues are promptly addressed and mitigated.Prepare and distribute project status updates and compliance reports.Liaise between internal teams and external partners to share project information.Assist in coordinating meetings and communications to support collaboration and issue resolution.Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritise tasks and ensure timely delivery. This may involve leading crucial discussions and formulating action plans to support and achieve set KPIs.Provide administrative support and organising meetings in support of key objectives.Handle correspondence related to project and compliance monitoring.Assist in developing and improving project management and compliance processes.Other ad hoc tasks as required related to project and compliance matters.What Youll BringProficient in strategizing and overseeing projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
