Our values of - Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation and Customer focus drive our outcomes as we work to develop and create purpose-built facilities that fit their unique functional needs.We believe that our people are our most valuable asset, and we are looking for an experienced, strategic, and proactive HR Manager who will play a key leadership role in shaping our organizational culture and driving the success of our team.Key responsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR matters, providing guidance on people management, culture development and employee engagement.Capacity Building: Build the capacity of our leaders regarding HR best practice and enhance HR systems, processes, and tools.Talent Management & Development: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, ensuring we attract and develop top talent.
