In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for constructing and maintaining high-quality landscapes for a variety of projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of design and functionality. Sites include private schools, commercial properties, and residential areas. This position is ideal for experienced tradespeople with a passion for landscaping and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Execute various landscape construction tasks, including turfing, paving, retaining walls, and planting. Install hardscapes such as pathways, patios, and water features. Build timber structures and features, such as pergolas, decking, and fences. Construct brick and block structures. Build and install retaining walls to support landscape designs and prevent soil erosion. Perform softscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and maintaining garden beds. Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Ongoing safety training programs and resources available. About You Cert III in Landscape Construction or proven experience in landscape construction or a related field. Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and machinery. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Works well in a collaborative team environment. Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence. Valid drivers license required; additional certifications (e.g., White Card) preferred.
