You should be skilled at identifying pests, disease and weeds in crops and recommending solutions. Ability to manage nutrition programs and reef regulation requirements. Hands-on specific training will be provided, but you will need a solid foundation on which to build.Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be servicing both existing and prospective customers.Key areas of responsibility will include:Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients to grow the businessWorking closely and collaboratively asOne Team, with other members of the team locally and nationallyPest and disease scouting on farmsProvide high-quality advice to the client base to support their business objectives.Be part of an energetic team of people who are highly focused on the success of their customersSales of required inputs to the customer baseDevelop pest and weed control programsCollect and analyse leaf and soil samplesSkills & ExperienceA tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture or related fieldAccredited with appropriate reef nutrition requirements an advantage.A passion for Horticulture with an entrepreneurial mindsetGood presentation, communication, and relationship-building skillsExcellent customer service skills with the ability and willingness to build relationships with key stakeholders are essential to your success in this roleRelevant computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and OutlookA current driver''s licence is essentialGrow Forward with MuirsA competitive salary package that includes a motor vehicleLong-term career potential within a privately owned companyRecognition through various employee award initiativesCompany Paid parental leaveAn Employee Assistance Program which incorporates a tailored well-being initiativeIf youre as passionate about this position as we are, please dont delay and apply now.
