Your new role We are looking for experienced Chefs to join our team working across camp sites in the Rockhampton Region. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cooking, and presenting high-quality food to agreed menus catering for the current project. Shifts can be for breakfast or dinner. You need to be physically fit and demonstrate a high focus on timeliness, presentation, and professional, friendly interaction with guests and staff. What you''ll need to succeed Recent experience as a Qualified Chef Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Food Safety Certificate OR Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Ability to complete a Police Check Ability to complete a Medical Driving licenses and own reliable transport Ability to work in a team and autonomously Ability to work under pressure with good communication skills High-volume catering or bulk cooking / fast-paced kitchen experience High standards in food storage and preparation methods Own knives and lace-up steel-capped boots What you''ll get in return If successful, you will receive an attractive hourly rate with Superannuation on all hours worked, paid weekly.
