As we expand into premium travel, airline and hospitality channels, were looking for a commercially minded and strategically driven National Account Manager Travel Retail to lead the way.This is a key role for someone passionate about growing partnerships, building brand presence, and shaping the guest experience in high-end, on-the-go environments.The RoleReporting to the General Manager Corporate Sales, youll be responsible for leading and growing Koko Blacks travel retail accounts, including airlines, premium food service, and luxury hospitality channels. Youll manage strategic planning, account performance, commercial negotiations and customer engagement to drive sustainable, long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute joint business plans with travel retail and hospitality partnersLead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, trade terms and promotional programsManage and grow existing accounts, while identifying new, scalable business opportunitiesForecast sales and contribute to the S&OP process for assigned accountsIntegrate Koko Black products into partner menus, experiences, and guest journeysCollaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless executionMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the luxury travel spaceWhat Youll BringProven success in national account management, preferably in FMCG, travel retail, or food serviceStrong commercial acumen and experience in contract negotiation and customer planningAbility to build and nurture high-value customer relationshipsExcellent presentation and communication skillsExperience with forecasting, CRM systems, and sales performance analysisA self-starter mindset with the ability to identify and convert new opportunitiesA passion for premium experiences, storytelling, and driving brand excellenceWhy Koko Black?Were a proudly Australian-owned company built on quality, creativity, and connection.
