The current Digital platformshave strong capabilities but for us to win in the context of 2030 vision, our digital assets will need to bereimagined and further evolved that is scalable, increases agility and accelerate solution delivery withimproved security posture.Were looking for aProgram Change Managerto lead the change management efforts for ourRegulatory Uplifts Programa multi-stream transformation initiative designed to ensure our business stays ahead of evolving regulatory requirements. This is a 12 month contract with a day rate of $1,200 - $1,300 depending on experience.As the Program Change Manager, youll be the driving force behind how we plan, deliver, and embed change across the organisation. Your mission: ensure regulatory changes are understood, adopted, and sustained with minimal disruption and maximum impact.Key Responsibilities:Change Planning: Define current vs. future state, assess impacts, and prepare the business for change.Change Delivery: Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and adoption activities.Coaching: Support and guide leaders and teams through the change journey.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships, tailor messaging, and secure buy-in across all levels.Governance & Reporting: Monitor readiness, manage risks, and report on change health and progress.Experience Needed:45+ years of experience in program-level change management.Familiarity with change and project methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Agile, Waterfall).Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to influence and coach senior leaders and cross-functional teams.A mindset of adaptability, empathy, and continuous improvement.Bonus Points For:Experience in regulatory or compliance-driven environments.PROSCI or PCI Change Management certification.Experience working in Agile delivery environments.A career with usAt Medibank, we believe work is something we do, not somewhere we go.
