FES is responsible for the collection and enforcement of fines and civil debt judgements in Victoria.The FES Reform Program aims to provide business stability and continuity for existing FES business services. Simultaneously, the FES Reform Program will prepare the business for the future, including the organisational and technology change required to deliver the Fines Reform Act 2014 and any other future services.About The RoleThe Business Analyst will provide support to analyse the Fines Reform business domain and document its business, processes, systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.Some Of Your Duties Will IncludeAssisting with the development, monitoring, analysis of requirements throughout the requirements lifecycle, attends checkpoint meetings and assists with responses to actual, perceived or potential schedule changesIdentifying, eliciting and documenting business processes, and functional and non-functional related requirements to meet current and future business directions.
