Exceptional attention to detail and proactive learning will help accelerate your career growth.Responsibilities:Respond to client requests accurately and prior to deadlinesSupport creative agency material and production needs with guidance as requiredMaintain client schedules aligned with their goalsAssist in campaign implementationSupport reporting and tracking of budgets, savings, and value for internal teamsEvaluate media partner proposalsSeek mentorship and learning proactively from discipline leadersLearn key programs and tools such as BMD, eTAM, AQX, Nielsen Net Ratings, Savannah, etc.Contribute to analysis and post-campaign summariesManage material advice for clients regarding accuracy, dispatch, timelines, and recordsEnsure accurate and timely media bookingsDevelop budget management for specific buys, including proforma checks and approvalsAssist in compiling competitive reportsCommunicate progress proactively to manage expectationsMaintain confidentiality at all timesBuild and maintain professional relationships with media and creative partnersAttend media and partnership meetings to develop industry knowledgeDemonstrate collaboration and teamworkResolve account queries and billing discrepancies promptlyAdvocate for positive media partner relationshipsWho You Are/Your Experience:Ideally, tertiary education in media, marketing, advertising, or related fields; internship experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and in teamsDetail-oriented, organized, conscientious, and able to multitask under tight deadlinesWe are Fearless, Brave, Dynamic, and Seamless.
