Training and support will be provided to ensure that you have the greatest opportunity of fulfilling your potential.The RoleReporting into the State Sales & Customer Manager, the primary responsibility of this role is to drive the achievement of growth and retention of clients through the management and development of portfolio accounts. You will work autonomously but also as part of the state Account Management team.Key ObjectivesRetain existing customer revenue in line with company expectationsAchieve growth and margin targets in line with company budgetsDevelop solutions and strategies to increase share of walletCarry out and complete administration tasks related to the development and maintenance of customer accountsUphold company culture and high standardsMaintain and report account management activity in CRMEnsure health and safety is a priority in all operations and in line with Company Policy and ProcedureQualifications & ExperiencePrevious industry experience in Transport / Logistics or similarAt least 2 years in customer relationshipsA self-motivated professional who is customer centric, eager to grow, and enjoys problem solvingStrong listening and negotiation skillsConstant willingness to developWere ready to employ now so please send your resume in so that we can get in touch!
