This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, curiosity, and a commitment to quality at every step of the manufacturing process.Heres What Youll Do:Your key responsibilities will be:Operating mRNA vaccine production equipment in full compliance with cGMP and Modernas safety standardsPracticing safe work habits and maintaining a high standard of housekeeping in assigned areasExecuting operational activities per SOPs and approved manufacturing documentationConducting routine digital troubleshooting of equipment and reporting issues to leadsMaintaining training records and ensuring documentation is up to datePerforming basic mechanical maintenance tasks such as lubrication, checks, and filter changesSupporting the closure of QA documentation to enable timely batch dispositionYour responsibilities will also include:Participating in investigations of deviations (RCA) and CAPA implementationIdentifying compliance or safety issues and proactively communicating with supervisorsContributing to multiple projects and continuous improvement initiativesEngaging collaboratively in a cross-functional matrixed environmentDemonstrating adaptability to work off-hours or overtime when requiredApplying performance tools and teamwork to meet and exceed operational KPIsMaintaining a mindset of innovation and excellence aligned with corporate goals and commercial demandThe key Moderna Mindsets youll need to succeed in the role:We digitize everywhere possible using the power of code to maximize our impact on patients.This role requires day-to-day interaction with digital systems to run manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize documentation. The solutions were building go beyond any job description.You will be expected to own your area of operationnot just by executing procedures, but by continuously looking for improvements, driving resolution of challenges, and contributing ideas that push our manufacturing excellence forward.Heres What Youll Bring to the Table:Typically, 3-5+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environmentA College degree with a specialization in Pharmaceutical production technology or equivalentAseptic experience, Visual Inspection and PFS knowledgeExperience in audit / inspection preparation, understanding Health authority and regulatory guidelinesAbility to collaborate fluidly with peers, leadership and cross-functional support groups requiredExcellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills required.Ability to maintain attention to detail while executing multiple tasks with minimal supervisionDemonstrated commitment to Moderna''s values of Bold, Collaborative, Curious, and Relentless, embodying these values in the workplaceThis position is site-based, requiring you to be at Modernas site full-time.
