What we offer our team:Competitive remuneration package.Tool of trade vehicle, with fuel card.Friendly, supportive, and experienced teamExtensive employee value program, with discounts across thousands of retailers, purchasing leave program and recognition rewards program.Stable and secure job opportunityWork alongside our highly skilled and renowned facilities and engineering teams.The OpportunityIn this role, you will lead a field based Technical Team to effectively deliver, maintain & continuously improve Facilities Management services.Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional customer service.Your team will be based in The Gold Coast and Northen NSW Region.Your key responsibilities will include:Oversee the technical team to monitor the delivery of planned preventative maintenance.Identify and address compliance incidents and complete comprehensive reporting.Conduct ongoing field inspections and scheduled site audits annually.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Working closely with your technical team and the wider City business.Ensure your team meet all legislative, regulatory and industry standards.Liaise with contractors, provide support, and assist in hand over and signoff of works.Maintain availability 24/7 to provide telephone support and attend critical situations as required.To be considered for this role:A minimum of 5 years experience working in retail maintenance.Technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical, heating, cooling and plumbing.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, organisational and administrative skillsAvailable on call,and to attend critical incidents after hours.Current Driver''s licence.If you would like the opportunity to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.City is an Equal Opportunity Employer who supports and encourages the diverse needs of each individual Team Member.City does not accept any unsolicited resume referrals from Recruitment Agencies.
