We are situated in a great location close to Pakenham train station, Pakenham Central Marketplace, and various local parks and reserves. The centre has recently introduced free coffee and morning tea for families to enjoy in the foyer.Aspire Pakenham also run a big community event during the year that invites families and the community to the centre to enjoy different activities and experiences. This creates a sense of belonging and community engagement for our Aspire Pakenham families and the wider community.The Opportunity & ResponsibilitiesAs the Head of Curriculum, you will be the educational leader for the service and you will be responsible for role modelling, coaching, and mentoring the Centre team to strive for and achieve best practice in developing and delivering high quality educational program.About youMust be a fully qualified ECT & Must hold either a provisional or fully registered VIT RegistrationPrior experience in an Educational Leader with the ability to inspire, coach and mentor other educators and teachers to implement a high-quality program.The ability to lead & motivate a large teamAbility to build positive relationships with children, families & employeesKnowledge and understanding of Children''s Services Regulations and National Quality StandardsA current VIT registration, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Handlers CertificateCurrent Working with Children check, Police Check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Safety Supervisor certificateCore Values and PrinciplesOur ValuesAt Aspire, our values are the foundation of everything we do.
