You will also serve as the key liaison between residents, contractors, and the Owners Corporation Committee.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaising with contractors to ensure Essential and preventative maintenance is performedReporting to an Owners Corporation Committee and other key stakeholdersOversee the day-to-day running of the Club (which includes a gym, pool and function room facilities)Ensure Estate Compliance is completed, and residents are adhering to the Owners Corporation Rules & GuidelinesCommunity engagement develop and run activities and eventsBeing able to run and maintain a set budgetCommunicating and building relationships with residents, stakeholders and other staffManagement of onsite gym programs and running group fitness classes for the residentsManage the onsite poolComplete daily inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OH&S standards and requirementsAbout YouTo excel in this position, you will be a motivated individual who thrives on community engagement, has strong organisational skills, and is passionate about maintaining high standards in both service and facility management.
