In this commission-based role, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into paying customers through pre-scheduled calls and meetings. You will work with pre-qualified prospects who have already expressed interest in our services, making this an ideal opportunity for an experienced closer who thrives on building relationships and driving revenue growth.This role is perfect for a sales professional with a track record of success in commission-based environments who can confidently handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close deals consistently.ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion & Closing:Conduct pre-scheduled calls and meetings with warm, qualified leads (no cold calling required)Present our service solutions in clear, compelling 30 - 45 mins presentationsHandle objections confidently and guide prospects through the decision-making processGet businesses to sign up for the free freight platform.Nurture the businesses to use the platform.Relationship Building:Develop strong rapport with prospects across various business sectorsUnderstand client needs, pain points, and budget requirementsBuild trust quickly and position yourself as a consultative partnerMaintain detailed records of all client interactions and outcomes in CRM systemSales Process Management:Follow up consistently with prospects through the sales cycleCoordinate with lead generation team to optimize handoff processesUpdate CRM system with call outcomes, next steps, and closing statusProvide feedback on lead quality and conversion strategiesQualificationsExperience: 2 years of proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets in commission-based roles.Sales Background: Experience in any industry welcome - Freight, SaaS, real estate, insurance, financial services, business services, etc.Skills RequiredProven closing ability - Must have demonstrable track record of consistent sales successExcellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone/video callsStrong objection handling skills and confidence in asking for the saleSelf-motivated with exceptional time management and follow-up disciplineComfortable with technology (Zoom, CRM systems, basic computer skills)Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levelsBonus PointsExperience with B2B salesPrevious success in commission-only sales environmentsTrack record of 30% + close rates on qualified leadsExperience with consultative selling approachesWork Location: Remote (Australia-based candidates strongly preferred)Expected Start Date: ImmediateSchedule: Flexible (calls scheduled during Australian business hours)Job-Type: Commission-Based Independent ContractorCompensation Structure:Commission-only - No base salaryUp to $150 commission per closed client (get paid for signing customers up on our free platform)Further up to 10% revenue based commission when customer uses the platformHigh-quality, pre-qualified leads provided - you just show up and closeHigh close rates - warm leads with genuine interest and budgetLong-term opportunity with consistent lead flowWhy This Opportunity Rocks:No cold calling - all leads are pre-scheduled and have requested informationSimple service - easy to explain and demonstrate value quicklyProven system - established sales process with materials and training providedFlexible schedule - work when you want within business hoursUncapped earnings - more calls = more commissions, no limitsImpact StatementThis Sales Closer role is essential to our client''s growth strategy.
