Work for a growing developer with exciting and varied projects across Australia.Working with this successful and well-established privately-owned developer, you''ll help drive a national portfolio of projects from significant land development to residential developments.Your new roleYour role as either a Development Manager or Senior Development Manager will see you based in Melbourne, reporting to the Managing Director. You will be a key member of the management team, driving the business and developments, including major projects across several states. Your role will be to manage and deliver the full life-cycle of the developments, including planning, design, feasibility, and delivery.What you''ll need to succeedYou will hold a completed relevant degree and have a solid and proven professional background in development, working on Australian projects including residential, retail, and land subdivision. While you have access to plenty of support internally, to be successful in this role you must be able to work with autonomy, demonstrate confidence, and possess strong communication skills.
