Our capabilities deliver:Environmental clean upEmergency accommodationModular housing solutionsResilient homes servicesThe Role -Forge Solutions is currently seeking full-time Project Manager with a requirement to travel for project-based work within QLD/NSW in our Disaster Recovery Division. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects from inception to completion within scope and budget. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, liaising with state and local government, overseeing works, conducting inspections, and ensuring all project tasks are expedited efficiently and effectively. The Project Manager will be a client facing role, with the ability to assimilate into different environments, from Projects in small remote Councils, to large city Councils. An ideal candidate would be located between the Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore) & Brisbane or Byron Bay and close to an airport for regular travel throughout NSW/QLD.Key Responsibilities HSEQ: Ensure a safe, compliant work environment and lead all health, safety, environment, and quality initiatives.People: Manage project staffing, performance, and development to ensure the right people are in the right roles.Finance and Budgeting: Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project success.Planning, Performance and Scheduling: Develop and manage the project schedule, goals, and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery.Quality: Implement and uphold quality standards and continuous improvement aligned with ISO certifications.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks to protect company assets and ensure compliance.Key Selection Criteria -(Mandatory) Trade or tertiary qualification in relevant construction industry or project management field.(Mandatory) 5+ years of demonstrated experience in successfully managing operational teams delivering construction projects.(Mandatory) Good knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction processes, commercial obligations, including legal and regulatory requirements, including HSE obligations.(Preferred) Located between the Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore) & Brisbane or Byron Bay and close to an airport for regular travel throughout NSW/QLD.If you''re a strategic leader and you''re passionate about delivering complex projects with operational excellence we want to hear from you.
