About the Role The Wee Waa Pool Team Leader is vital in ensuring smooth operations of our swimming facilities. You will oversee the maintenance of pool plant, equipment, and facilities, guide staff in safe operations, and handle administrative duties including cash handling and general administration. You will also assist at the Front Desk and Kiosk, manage customer interactions, stock orders, and uphold Public Health protocols. As a lifeguard, you will be prepared to jump into action with rescue and first aid skills to ensure swimmer safety. This role may involve rotating across Narrabri Shire Aquatic Facilities and will require returning to Narrabri Aquatic Centre during the winter shutdown.
