National in scope but local in focus, they manage complex, fast-moving programs that restore critical infrastructure and help communities rebuild with confidence after disaster events.About the RoleWith multiple programs already underway, you''ll step into a hands-on leadership role focused on end-to-end delivery - from early-stage needs assessments to final closeout. The scope combines technical project management with stakeholder engagement across all levels of government and community.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you''ll be responsible for managing contractors, overseeing project performance, and ensuring works are delivered to agreed standards, timelines, and budgets.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver disaster recovery and construction programs in regional areasConduct briefings with government stakeholders and community representativesDevelop scopes of work, set KPIs, and monitor delivery outcomesLead site teams and subcontractors, including pre-starts and coordinationWork with internal teams to plan, report, and optimise program performanceProvide input to local councils regarding funding opportunities and program designBalance time between on-site delivery and office-based planning/reportingAbout YouTrade or tertiary qualifications in construction and/or project managementMinimum 5 years'' experience managing construction projectsStrong understanding of residential and/or commercial constructionConfident communicator with experience engaging with multiple stakeholders with competing prioritiesComfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsAdditional Role RequirementsOpen to regular regional travel (including short-notice deployments)Based within proximity to a major airport - ideally between Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, or Northern NSWWhat''s on OfferJoin a mission-led team creating real impact where it''s needed mostBe mentored by experienced leaders who value growth and collaborationHelp design and deliver programs that support community resilienceApply NowIf you''re an experienced PM looking for a leadership role with purpose, we''d like to hear from you.
