We are looking for a Process Specialist & Manufacturing Lead to join our Bulk and Fractionation Value Stream team in Broadmeadows. This is a key leadership role that combines technical expertise with people leadership to lead operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve yield, capacity and compliance while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.You will bring strong analytical proficiency, and an ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced regulated environment. Your expertise in interpreting data and implementing solutions will ensure high-quality outcomes across our manufacturing operations.Your RoleReporting to the Senior Director, Base Fractionation, your responsibilities will include:Monitor performance of the plant and ensure production plans are delivered safely and efficiently.Mentor team members, promoting a high-performance and inclusive culture.Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-departmental projects.Provide subject matter expertise for capital projects and operational readiness.Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including timely resolution of deviations and CAPAs.Partner with stakeholders to lead innovation, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.Your experienceA tertiary qualification in science, engineering, business or related discipline.Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related industry.Proven leadership in production operations and project delivery.Experience with Quality Systems including handling of process deviations change controls and quality records.A collaborative mindset and experience with continuous improvement.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.#On-siteHow To ApplyApply now for a role now with a varied remit in an organisation going through considerable investment and change.Please submit your application including your CV in one document.Our BenefitsWe encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
