Only 45 minutes from Sydney CBD, Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park boasts a fantastic location where Narrabeen Lake meets North Narrabeen surf beach.Guests can enjoy surfing, kayaking, fishing and stand-up paddle boarding. The holiday park offers a variety of accommodation types including cabins, villas, powered and unpowered sites for caravans and tents. It also features play areas for children and several amenity blocks with bathrooms, laundry and kitchen areas.The RoleWe''re currently recruiting an experienced management team, who are highly customer focused, commercially minded to drive business development and equally passionate about guest and local community engagement, delivering exceptional visitor experiences. Managers must have a commercial mindset and a creative flare for local marketing and community engagement.The role includes weekend work as well as overnight stay in the staff quarters as required.Responsibilities IncludeBeing accountable for all Business operation and guest experienceBe hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitudeAbility to problem solve in a fast-paced environmentLead and supervise small teamsBe accountable for the financial outcomes of the businessAchievement of agreed KPI''sA strong Australian based support office and local management teams support our park managers on all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT and HR so Park Managers can focus on delighting guests.Selection CriteriaAn energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approachProven experience in a similar roleOutstanding customer serviceFamiliarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skillsWillingness to learn and apply our systems and processesWell-developed communication, organisation, administration and management skillsDemonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional mannerAvailability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings and eveningsThe CompanyBelgraviaPRO is a management services company specialising in the operation of tourism properties, from campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks, we are also offering Park Manager training through the companys very successful RTO.Park management presents exciting, flexible and highly rewarding careers.
