With a proud heritage, strong community ties, and a commitment to innovation, we are looking for an experienced and creative individual to join our growing team.We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Digital Marketing Officer a unique hybrid role that blends front-line customer service with dynamic digital marketing responsibilities. If you enjoy variety, working across departments, and contributing to both operations and brand storytelling, this is the role for you.About the Role:Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, youll support our customers across foodservice and retail channels while also helping to shape and deliver our online brand presence. Youll also play a role in our growing portfolio of sponsorships and marketing activations.Key Responsibilities:Customer ServiceManage incoming orders via phone, email, and EDI systemsCoordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveryProvide customers and sales reps with product, pricing, and delivery informationHandle PODs, pallet tracking, and invoicing via Business CentralRespond to customer inquiries and complaints with a solutions-focused mindsetDigital Marketing & ContentMaintain and update the Marathon website with current content, promotions, and product informationCreate and schedule content across our social media platforms using Meta Business SuiteWork closely with internal teams and external providers to execute targeted digital campaignsHelp plan, style, and catalogue product photography alongside our in-house teamSupport our consumer-facing activations, including those linked to key partnerships such as the Geelong Football ClubGrowth & Brand EngagementHelp bring to life our brand at stadiums and large-scale events through creative, engaging marketing contentContribute ideas and content to upcoming partnership opportunities designed to raise brand visibility on a national stageWhat Were Looking For:3+ years experience in customer service or marketing, ideally within FMCGStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite)Some exposure to content styling or design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a bonusStrong attention to detail, a solutions mindset, and the ability to manage competing prioritiesFamiliarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is desirableWhy Join Us?This role offers more than just a desk job.
