Applications are now open for Zinfras 2026 Apprentice and Trainee Program!Be part of Australias dynamic and evolving energy future and energise your career with hands-on experience, professional development, and nationally recognised qualifications.The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Customer Projects Manager to undertake an Advanced Diploma of ESI Power Systems over a four-year program which will enable you to obtain industry skills and knowledge under the supervision of qualified and experienced professionals, while also attending TAFE to complete your certification.The location for this traineeship will be based in Glen Waverley.During the program, you will be a valued member of our team and will experience a variety of work environments within the electricity supply industry which will enhance your skills and career development opportunities.What Youll Be DoingDevelop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all electrical supply policies, VESI Standards and industry governing regulationsListen, interpret, gather information and select the most appropriate method of communicationEnsure the customer scope is adequately definedPlan and coordinate electrical overhead and underground construction works associated with customer requirementsIdentify and manage community consultation requirementsEnsure that customer complaints are managed in a timely mannerEnsure all sub-contractors are adequately inducted on site and have all necessary Victorian Electricity Supply Industry competenciesWhat Were Looking ForThis is an exciting time for our industry and we would love to be able to share this journey with someone who is committed and eager to learn.
