TMHA is a strong, financially secure business with a great future ahead and prime focus on the development of its people.About the Role:TMHAsIS&T department is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join the team in the role of Business Systems Analyst.Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, the Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for the development and support of all aspects of TMHA IS&T business application systems.This role will be based in our Head Office in Moorebank five days per week.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Development and support of all aspects of TMHA IS&T business application systems, including Infor Cloud ERP/M3, Integrations, SQL, Web Development, Azure, AWS and associated business systems.Developing applications, information assets, and business systems to improve operational efficienciesEnsure High Availability of critical business systemsDetermine, recommend, and implement upgrades for key business applicationsMaintenance, management and enhancement of our M3 Infor ERP system and other business systems. This role will drive and implement continuous improvement in our ERP system, focusing heavily on the Cloud based implementation and support.Provide adequate support to key business stakeholdersKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Ability to write and maintain complex SQL database queries to extract and transform data (Essential)Experience in systems analysis and workflow designSome development background knowledge including C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell, XMLExperience with integrations using APIs and automation toolsExperience working with business or enterprise applications (ERP a bonus, not a must)Experience working with SQL Server.Exposure to cloud platforms - Azure or AWSExcellent communication skills to support and collaborate with business stakeholders and vendorsWhat''s in it for you?A well-structured and supported transition to your new role, in a dynamic and rewarding industryBetter job with job security - you''ll be working with an iconic and trusted brandCompetitive salary + yearly bonusRefer a mate program!
