3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsDirect message the job poster from National Mobile CampsJoin a company redefining standards in remote camp solutions.National Mobile Camps (NMC) is expanding, and were looking for a capable and committed Project Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of Camp Management Services for a new contract.In this role, youll be the primary point of contact for our client, and responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across catering, housekeeping, and maintenance services. Youll play a critical role in maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and service delivery while building strong working relationships across all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead the safe and efficient day-to-day delivery of camp operations in alignment with WHS, environmental, and food safety requirements.Manage operational oversight across all camp services including catering, cleaning, maintenance coordination, and resident experience.Act as the on-site liaison with the client and subcontractors.Support contract performance and delivery against KPIs and service level agreements.Oversee mobilisation/demobilisation processes and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.Work closely with catering teams on menu rotation, special events, and resident feedback.Assist in budget tracking, reporting, and identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across all operations.About You:Proven experience in site-based camp or facility management, ideally in energy/resources sectors.Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.Practical understanding of WHS, Environmental, and Food Safety requirements.Contract management and operational reporting experience.Comfortable leading a multidisciplinary team in a remote environment.Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Who Youll Work With:Youll collaborate with teams across Operations, Maintenance, Commercial, HSE, and Admin as well as key subcontractors, suppliers, and freight providers.
