Your responsibilities include overseeing leases, contracts, rate reviews, and contractual compliance. Success in this role depends on your ability to foster business growth through strategic development with existing and new customers, leveraging property and service offerings. You will collaborate across departments to identify new opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs. Additionally, you will provide strategic advice, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making and risk mitigation for the leadership team.Ideal candidates will have proven experience in managing complex contracts and customer agreements in diverse environments. Experience in property, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors is highly desirable. A proactive approach to market trend analysis and strategic planning to foster long-term growth is essential. Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels, including customers and internal teams, are critical.
