This key leadership role combines technical expertise with people leadership to drive operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve yield, capacity, and compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced regulated environment. Your expertise in data interpretation and solution implementation will ensure high-quality outcomes across our manufacturing operations.Your RoleReporting to the Senior Director, Base Fractionation, your responsibilities will include:Monitoring plant performance and ensuring safe and efficient delivery of production plans.Mentoring team members and promoting a high-performance, inclusive culture.Leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives and cross-departmental projects.Providing subject matter expertise for capital projects and operational readiness.Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including timely resolution of deviations and CAPAs.Partnering with stakeholders to lead innovation, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.Your ExperienceA tertiary qualification in science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related industry.Proven leadership in production operations and project delivery.Experience with Quality Systems, including handling process deviations, change controls, and quality records.A collaborative mindset and experience with continuous improvement.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.#On-siteHow to ApplyApply now for a role with a varied remit in an organization undergoing significant investment and change.
