The Site Manager role is pivotal to our recycling and logistics operations. Managing a great team, youll use your skill and experience to oversee daily operations and deliver innovation.The role involves:- Leading site safety and environmental practices to ensure work is performed in a sustainable way- Oversee all site operations, managing change and challenges as they occur- Meet key operational KPIs through great planning and task execution- Ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right times- Deliver optimum asset and equipment usage outcomes- Work with colleagues to deliver exemplary customer service- Review and update data and then use that information to make decisions- Strong people leadershipWhat makes you a GOgetter:- A track record of an uncompromising approach to safety and environmental management- Prior experience as a site or division operational leader- Experience in a fast-paced and highly regulated operational environment- A trade qualification or industry-relevant licence such a HR licence.
