We are looking for a Store Manager to join us at our Platypus store in Highlands. This role involves leading, inspiring, and coaching a team of passionate casuals, including support from your Assistant Store Manager. You will drive sales, KPIs, customer engagement, and team development. Collaborate with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for your store and team in a high-profile space. The role & responsibilities include: Ensuring efficient store operations to achieve sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage. Motivating your team to meet KPI and added value targets. Monitoring store sales to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging successes, and addressing missed opportunities. Managing wage costs and adhering to rostering standards. Coaching and mentoring your team to maintain high morale and support their development through training and succession planning. To be successful, you will have: At least 1 year of retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment. A motivated, driven attitude with a ''Make it Happen'' mindset. A passion for leading and inspiring teams to succeed. Strategic thinking to identify opportunities and a proven track record in driving sales and KPIs.
